Some friends and I went to the taste bar to order some steaks and fries. Ironically, we all order the same meal. We wanted to try the Oxtail Cheesesteak with the Salmon French Fries. I was not dissapointed with the quality and quantity of the food. The atmosphere was chill and laid back. The indoor dining area is a little tight as far as for room but there is also an outdoor seating area as well. Where we were seated became packed with people in less than 15 minutes. People were coming in by groups. The service was amazing our hostess name was Stephanie who guides us with all the answers we did have some questions since it was our first time there. Overall it was good. I would like to eat outside in the patio next time.

First off, I would give this a 7 out of 5 stars if you would allow me. Now: Let's Get Busy! To my fabulous waitress Naomi: Thanks for the EXCELLENT and professional service! I told you I would give a shout out. You deserve it! Food: People of all walks of life, aliens, and creatures of the sea, you have to go to TASTE. Their cheesesteaks will stop you from hitting those tourist traps and feeling "Mediocrerized". I personally had the Jerk Chicken Cheesesteak and I will never, ever share mine, even though it is huge! Mine, ALL mine! SPicy, tantalizing, insatiable to your palate. ( For transparency, I am allergic to onions, so mine came without ) The combination of all their ingredients will take you an erogenous zone, if you know what I mean. My son ordered the basic beef cheesesteak, but DAMN: it was not ordinary, but extraordinary! He is a student at PENN and he will now be a forever customer. THe sauce they use, the tender beef had him salivating! Yes, this is a Black Owned business and I am happy to say, it earns all the kudos and stars, not because of Blackness, but excellence! People of all walks of life, creeds and religions were there when we arrived. We observed people leaving the bar area with smiles, the crew was smiling and you will be too......

The Philly cheesesteak here is amazing! One of the best cheesesteak I ever eaten. The ratio of the meat and cheese and seasoning is spot on. Eating this sandwich is what made me addicted to eating Philly cheesesteak. I highly recommend to others if you are in the area to try out this spot as you will not be disappointed at all and craving for more everyday afterwards. I will most definitely return if I am ever back in town for work again.
